Per poses and obligations of Iran and Iraq ommerce chamber Scripted in statute.
Article -5 –the common chamber to achieve the predicted per poses in Article 1 in the statute , implement the following affairs ;
1-5 . running the affairs of common chamber in the condition of observance the principles which are stated in the statute and the close cooperation with official signatures’ , organizations , and Iranian and Iraqi's institutions.
2-5 . Collecting the required statics and information in the field of economics especially commercial and industrial and delivering to Iranian and Iraq's members and cooperation with organizations and Iranian and Iraqi's officials in order to encourage and develop the economic ties between two country,
3-5 . Effort to promoting the ties and realization the Iranian and Iraqi's merchants and industries owners in the field of business, industry , services , agriculture , mine and other economic activities .
4- 5 , Study , Probe and recognition in required fields for bilateral investigation.
5-5- Cooperating for setting up and running the exhibitions and ether similar activities with the receiving of required accord from related References in Iran and Iraq and help to Iranian and Iraqi's institution , organization and actual and legal persons who are eager to participate in exhibitions and international countries.
6-5 . Promotion the exchange of economic delegations between two country.
7-5 Set up seminaries , lectures , conferences and Symposium to help promotion the economic ties between two country.
8-5 Cooperation and collaboration with similar chamber in Iraq.
9-5 . Publication the electro we and published informative magazines about the promotion of ties and economic changes between Iran and Iraq , with the content of principles and economic news in two countries and after common Pamphlets and software.
10-5 . effort to Solve the disputes because of economic ties between Iranian and Iraqi's actual and legal persons and encourage two sides for eliminating their disputes by Iraq chamber arbitration center.
11-5 . Implement of her related activities in order to achieve above goals.
